The MSI370A micro IMU contains three-axis gyroscope and three-axis accelerometer, and has the characteristics of generalization and large range. Through temperature compensation for the bias and scale of each axis, and also for the cross-coupling between the two axes, the accuracy of IMU is improved. At the same time, the built-in shock absorber equips it with high environmental adaptability.
